05/18/2010: Madison Investments purchase 1020 Monroe Street NW only days from it being condemned by the DC government. After a long and complicated period of uncertainty the 36,000 square foot building that makes up the corner block of 11th Street and Monroe Street NW is purchased by Madison Investments and will be renovated to the highest standard. This purchase represents a wonderful milestone for Madison and especially for Columbia Heights.
Madison Investments is a real estate development company based in Washington DC. At Madison we take building condos very seriously. We have a dedicated in-house team of people who really love what they do. We sit around a table and we get busy about every nook and cranny, we argue about the smallest details and generally push ourselves to produce the best product we possibly can with the canvas that we have.
